For Organisations:

  • What kind of questions and projects can we pursue with EnableMe Insights?

    We support you in exploring the accessibility needs of people with disabilities for your products, services and programs, so you can make your offerings inclusive for all and unlock new markets. We also help you test existing products and services with a representative panel of people with disabilities to uncover hidden accessibility barriers and provide concrete recommendations to address them.

  • How much does it cost to conduct a study with you?

    We offer a customized pricing system based on the type of client, the type of study, the target group and the level of commitment required. Express your non-binding interest via the form here and we will provide a tailor-made offer for you: Link

  • What types of disabilities does your community cover for needs assessments and product testing?

    Our community includes people with a wide range of disabilities and chronic illnesses. This allows us to provide a representative panel with diverse experiences and perspectives, ensuring inclusion is embedded from the start. If your project focuses on specific types of disabilities, we can tailor the panel accordingly. For general needs assessments, we recommend using a representative group to ensure your products, services and programs are accessible to everyone.

  • How is the fair remuneration of participants ensured?

    Participants are compensated for their time and insights with vouchers or direct payments. The method of payment can be coordinated with you based on your preferences.

  • What benefits can I expect from EnableMe Insights?

    Our projects give you direct access to the authentic experiences and perspectives of people with disabilities and chronic illnesses, insights that no internal data set can replicate. Investing in inclusive design early does not just drive innovation, but it also saves money. Studies show it is 2 to 4 times more cost-effective than making accessibility fixes later. For Participants:

  • Who can register with EnableMe Insights?

    Anyone aged 18 and older from Switzerland, Germany or Austria with a disability and/or chronic illnesses is welcome to register with EnableMe Insights.

    In order to maintain the quality of our database, we reserve the right to verify the information provided within the framework of stringent data protection standards.

  • How will I be remunerated for participating in your studies?

    Compensation is either in the form of vouchers or direct bank transfers to your account, depending on the study. You will be informed about the type of compensation before you decide to participate in a study.

  • Can I decline a study after I have registered in your database?

    Yes, you can reject any study.  We will send you an email invitation with a brief overview of the project that matches your profile. This includes the client, the time required, the topic, what data is requested and the remuneration. You are free to decide whether or not to take part in each individual study.

  • Will my data be publicly accessible afterwards?

    No, your data will never be publicly accessible. You participate in each project anonymously and we treat your personal data according to the highest confidentiality and data protection standards.  External clients or other third parties will not have access to your data.
